Will for John Lynam born 1818 died 10/3/1890
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Lynam now of 30 Stockbrook St, Derby but late of Hazlewood in the County of Derby, Farmer, As follows
I direct payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my personal estate and subject thereto,
I give and bequeath to my nephew Otto Heldreich the legacy of the sum of One Hundred Pounds,
Also to Edward Heldreich and John Lynam Heldreich (sons of the above) the sum of £19 each. As to the residue of my personal estate I give and bequeath the same unto such of the daughters of the said Otto Heldreich as shall be living at my death or the issue of any other decease equally,
But I direct the same shall not be payable until to the said John Lynam Heldreich until he shall obtain the age of 21years of age. and if he shall not have attained that age at my deceased then I direct my executor shall invest my residuary estate and pay or apply the income thereof for the benefit of the daughters of my said nephew, until the John Lynam Heldreich attain 21 years.
I appoint the said Otto Heldreich sole executor of this my Will.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Nineteenth day of November, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Nine.

the Testator as and for his last will and testament in the
presence of us present together at the same time, who at Signed John Lynam
his request in his presence and in the presence of each other

Proved at Derby 1/4/1890 by the oath of Otto Heldreich the nephew, the sole executor to whom Administration was granted
The testator John Lynam was formerly of 30 but late of 1 Stockbrook Street, Derby, Farmer, who died 10/3/1890 at 1 Stockbrook St Derby
