The last Will and Testament of me James Lynam of Shirland in the County of Derby, Farmer. I direct payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses.
I give devise and bequeath all the real personal estate to which I am beneficially entitled over which I have any disposing power by will unto and to the use of my wife Miney her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely.
And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty Eighth day of March One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Four

Signed by the above named James Lynam the Testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses ( the alteration in the name Miney in the eight line having been made previously to the signing hereof by the Testator

Proved at Derby the 28th day of April 1884 by the Oath of Miney Lynam, widow, the relict, the sole executrix to whom administration was granted.
The Testator James Lynam was late of Shirland in the Country of Derby, Farmer and died on the 15th day April 1884 at Shirland aforesaid.
