Will for Harriett Lynam born 1827 Heage died 19/9/1907 Ripley
The will last Will and Testament of me Harriett Lynam of Providence St Ripley in the Country of Derby, made this Sixth Day of November in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five. I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint George Lynam of Lumb Farm Denby, Farmer and Arthur Lynam15 Kearsley Rd Sheffield to be my executors, that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Doxey, china tea service and silver tea pot now in use.
I give unto my daughter Ann Lynam £10 (ten pounds) in cash and all my household furniture and effects.
I direct the remainder of cash in hand, cash at the Bank of Crompton and Evans Ripley, and at the Ripley Cooperative Society and any in expectancy shall be equally shared amongst my children as under mentioned,
or their issue
