The Will of Elizabeth Lynam of Cromwell Street Nottingham
This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Lynam of Cromwell St Nottingham
I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter names as soon as convenient may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath to my son and daughter, James Lynam now of New Radford and Mary Elizabeth Towlson now of Sheffield, all my household furniture, linen, wearing apparel, books, plate, pictures, china, horses, carts and carriages and also all and every sum of money which maybe found in my house or be about my person, or due to me at the time of my decease and also all my stocks, funds and securities for money, book debts, money on bonds, bills, notes or other securities and all and every other item of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both and personal, whether in possession or reversion or expectancy to be divided in equal proportions between them to and for their own use and benefit absolutely. In case of the death of either of the above James Lynam or Mary Elizabeth Towlson the share of the said deceased shall be divided amongst his or her children in equal proportions.
And I nominate, constitute and appoint James Lynam and Mary Elizabeth Towlson to be Executor and Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. I declare this to be my last Will and Testament, set my hand the Twenty second day of July in the year of the Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two
